About Blue Cliff
Blue Cliff Inc. is a company offering consultant services for the design,
development and utilization of an integrated, electronic healthcare
information solution to assist physicians, clinics and other health
organizations to conduct their business more efficiently and effectively.
The founders and core members of the company have been intimately involved
with the development and implementation activities of VistA and its
derivatives – FOIA VistA, Open Source Vista,
Hui Open Vista ASP, and VistA Office EMR while at the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Pacific Telehealth
and Technology Hui (a joint venture of the Department of Veterans Affairs and
the Department of Defense.)

Blue Cliff’s vision is to facilitate the secure delivery of healthcare
services with quality transparent patient data management tools using
electronic architecture and reducing the cost of healthcare delivery. Blue
Cliff believes that when integrated, information technology, open source
applications and the World Wide Web are the critical healthcare industry
